v-day
hello campers:
today is, i am told, valentine's day. me and my significant other are not doing anything special due to a lack of funds (also a lack of caring), but thanks to a gentle reminder from my friend suzanne, a more worthy use of your money or time would be v-day.
i actually hadn't thought of the v-day organization for awhile, but i did recently watch a documentary about trans women performing the vagina monologues which was fantastic and reminded me of an old friend who first brought the play to my alma mater.
anyway, in lieu of buying chocolates, flowers, or an expensive dinner this evening, consider making a donation in your sweetheart's name to the v-day organization.
