idaho news
gawd, when am i going to stop with the idaho already. i guess it just seems more accessible to me at this point in time than my new state.
so, bush nominated kempthorne for the secretary of the interior position. don't count on anything different from him than the previous one. kempthorne is shrewd in a clintonian sense, but more dangerous. he was not running for re-election in idaho this year, so understandably he needed to find another direction to go. he's been mayor of the largest city, US senator, and governor...where next after this cabinet position? perhaps a vice presidential slot? blech!
additionally, will someone please tell brandi swindell to shut the fuck up. seriously.
